Being a longere, the property easily accommodates a number of people without living on top of each other.

There are two family bedrooms, one with a wc and basin ensuite; the first has a double and a single bed plus additional blow-up single matress; the second has a double and a single bed. The third bedroom also has a double bed. On the landing there is a travel cot with bedding and a blow -up bed suitable for a child up to 3 years old. There is a fully equipped bathroom with bath with shower over; and a further single wc and shower room.

Outside there are two barbecues and a large gravelled area for parking, playing or dining al fresco, there is even a boule pitch.

Walks start literally outside the front door into the woods or across the fields.

Coat Salou is situated at the end of a lane with no through traffic apart from the wild life who can't read. The hamlet is in a sheltered valley with a national park behind with acres of oak forest to explore. To the front of the property are fields and a walk to the river and only one building as far as the eye can see. The river here is the River Aulne, quite small at Coat Salou but take a trip up to Rosnoen and see how it develops!
