Prices include use of all amenities and fuel.
Arrival should be after 3pm. However if you are a little early please bear with us. We will be happy for you to leave your luggage whilst we finish preparing the property for you.
Please vacate by 10 am on day of departure. Prompt departure gives us an opportunity to ensure the property is in tip top condition by the time new occupants arrive at 3pm.
Remember if you are travelling on Sunday and Monday it is often difficult to get fuel or shopping and many restaurants are also closed on Mondays. Also in Brittany they tend to eat earlier than in the south of the country.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Duvets, pillows and bedding are provided with a £10 (GBP) laundry charge per bed. Towels can be provided if required at £6 (GBP) per head. Please ask at time of booking.
All breakages and losses must be declared and paid for. Breakages includes rendering crockery and glass unusable if cracked or chipped. If you would prefer to replace a breakage this is an option. We aim to be fair and need to ensure that following occupants have the necessary number of crockery and glass items all fit for purpose.
The pond is NOT suitable for swimming or boating. Visitors are reminded that they should supervise children and minors in the house and grounds and that they have a duty of care to themselves, other guests and visitors to the property.
We would like you to complete the visitors book and also leave a note of any restaurants good and bad, special spots of birds and wildlife.

TRAVEL
Nearest Ports Roscoff is about an hour's drive away; St Malo 90 minutes.
Brest Airport is about 50 minutes travel.
